When will my order be shipped out?
In Stock Items
Please allow up to one business day (24 hours) for your order to be fulfilled & shipped. Once your order is processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you containing your tracking number.

Pre-order items will be shipped out when all of your item(s) in your order have arrived in stock. For orders that contain both in stock and pre-orders items, your order will not ship until your items in your order are in stock and available to ship together.
All release dates are subject to change by the manufacturer and no cancellations are allowed on pre-orders. Please feel free to refer to our pre-order policy if you have any questions.
What is your return/exchange policy?
To be eligible for a return within 14 days from purchase, your item must be the original packaging, unopened, brand new, and in the same condition that you received it. Upon inspection and approval, an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT will be provided, no refunds.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance is HIGHLY recommended. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be issued within a certain amount of days.
